Nigel Woodley has been the pastor of the Flaxmere Christian Fellowship in Hastings, New Zealand since 1982.

His writing is the result of many years of devotion to biblical study and extra-biblical study regarding Israel. Nigel has a Master of Arts degree in Theology and Biblical Studies with Life Christian University in the United States.

Ever wanting to be sensitive to those who suffered during those terrible years the time came in 2009 to publish the biblical account. The result is a book that will educate the Christian, speak to the Jew, and enlighten all people of every culture regarding the darkest period in the history of the human race.

Nigel also studies Modern Hebrew.

He is a New Zealand Trustee of the International Convention of Faith Ministries (ICFM), whose international base is in the United States. He sits as Chairman of Ebenezer Emergency Fund(New Zealand) - an international Christian organization which is helping Jews worldwide to return to their ancient biblical homeland in Israel. He is also the Campus Director of Life Christian University in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand--his home province.

Together with his wife Joann they lead the church in Flaxmere.
